Job Details

SpearMC is seeking motivated and experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultants with expertise in Grants Management/Project Portfolio Management . You must be passionate and dedicated in gathering, analyzing, and solving complex grants and project requirements to provide exceptional consulting services to clients, helping them gain the optimum benefit from their Oracle system. This position requires authorization to work in USA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to lead all project phases including fit/gap, design, build, test, train, deployment and post go live warranty support.
  • Be up to date with the latest Oracle product releases and features, and be able to demonstrate these features and articulate the benefits to the customer.
  • Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering solutions.  Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology and solutions

FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Minimum 8+ years of ERP Financials implementation experience
  • Must have experience working with business users responsible for grants management
  • Must have experience with either PeopleSoft or Oracle Cloud systems
  • Must have completed a minimum of 2-3 full life cycle implementations
  • Ability to lead module implementations independently across all project phases and ensure end-to-end integration
  • Solid understanding of configuration options, entire ERP cycle, processes, reporting, and industry best practices
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.  Accounting degree/CPA preferred.

  • Effectively manage project scope and client expectations
  • Follow through on assignments and issue resolution
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both customer and consulting team members whether on-sight or remote
  • Consistently produce clear, concise status reports

  • Display effective analytical skills
