SpearMC is a leader in PeopleSoft training services offering multiple award-winning training products and services focused on combining delivered product functionality with real-life best practices. We are looking for an expert PeopleSoft Technical Trainer to join our training practice to meet our growing demand for virtual and in-person training classes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PeopleSoft development experience across multiple versions of PeopleTools including experience in recent PeopleTools releases such as 8.59
• Very strong communication, presentation, relationship building and planning and Training delivery skills, required.
• Experience in delivering training classes to large audiences either virtual or in person.
• Strong expertise in multiple of these following technical areas
• PeopleTools I & II
• PeopleTools Fluid UI Development
• PeopleTools Portal Technologies
• PeopleTools PeopleCode I & II
• PeopleTools Application Engine
• PeopleTools Integration Broker
• PeopleTools Reporting
• PeopleTools Workflow Technology

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and in-person training classes based on pre-defined curriculum and training content
• Collaborate with customers to tailor the training curriculum to meet their requirements
• Review and update training materials to keep them current with new tools versions
• Under the guidance of the Training Managers, responsible for developing training curriculum, courseware and tools for instructor-led, workshop and web-based trainings.
• Up to 50% travel may be required
