Job Details

SpearMC is hiring experienced PeopleSoft Project Managers. We are looking for multiple qualified PM's to supplement our staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage significant PeopleSoft project from scoping, project planning, communications, execution, close out.
• Manage timeline and budget while tracking and communicating constraints, risks and opportunities.
• Manage project team consisting of a blend of consultant and client staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Successful candidate must have experience of completing multiple significant PeopleSoft Implementation, Upgrade or Expansion projects.
• Successful candidate is PMP certified. 
• Strong verbal and written communication comfortable with executive level reporting/presenting.
• Demonstration/experience with financial management. 
• Demonstration/experience with using project management tools (MS Project, SmartSheet, Atlassian Jira, etc.)
• Nice to have: Ability to meet with client onsite (10% or less travel.
